Abstract Submission

The ICBMT 2022 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the congress and presenters are required to register for the conference separately. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

Important Dates

  • Deadline for Abstract Submission: June 24, 2022
  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance: from July 13, 2022

  • Step 1 Read the abstract guideline and the following information
  • Step 2 Click on “Abstract Submission”, and Sign up or Log in
  • Step 3 Complete and submit all required information
  • Step 4 Receive confirmation of the submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Theses guidelines are for general participants, not invited speakers.
  • -All abstracts must be submitted online prior to June 24, 2022. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • -Abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
Title
  • -Capitalize the first letter of each word
  • -Not exceed 150 letters including spaces
Author Information
  • -Name: Write first and family name(s) in full.
  • -Affiliation should be structured as follows: Department, Institution, Country
  • -Degrees or titles such as MD after an author’s name must be deleted.
Abstract Body
  • -Divide into four sections: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions
  • -Not exceed 600 words
Keywords No more than 6 keywords which the first word begins with a capital letter.
  • Before you click the “submit” button, please review the following information.
  • -No additional proofreading or corrections will be allowed after the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
  • -Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type. However, the scientific program committee will make the final decision after review.
  • -The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to the Secretariat.
  • -ICBMT 2022 will publish all accepted abstracts online (open access) for a period of at least 5 years. The abstract published online will include the e-mail address of the presenting author. As a condition of submission, ICBMT 2022 requires you to agree to such publication and to surrender any copyright over the abstract as submitted to ICBMT 2022.
  • -Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting prior to The International Congress of BMT 2022.
  • -Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants.
  • -Registration must be received by the Secretariat by the Registration Deadline to ensure inclusion of the abstract in the meeting publications and in order to be scheduled for presentation.

Notification of Acceptance

  • -Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to the presenter from July 13, 2022.
  • -All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee according to reviewing procedures.

Abstract Withdrawal

  • -If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by August 8, 2022, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • -If you have to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (icbmt@icbmt.or.kr) in writing as soon as possible.
